Mandala Coloring Pages

While my mandala coloring pages may not have much significance in the religious sense, I do think that creating and coloring these designs can be very calming and therapeutic. The psychoanalyst Carl Jung believed that mandalas enabled him to identify emotional problems and work towards wholeness in personality. Mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning center and circle. It is a diagram that has spiritual significance in both Buddhism and Hinduism. They are a key part to meditation and experiencing oneness and unity.
