Mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning center and circle. It is a diagram that has spiritual significance in both Buddhism and Hinduism. They are a key part to meditation and experiencing oneness and unity. While my coloring pages may not have much significance in the religious sense, I do think that creating and coloring these designs can be very calming and therapeutic.
